Why We Started

HS InternConnect was born out of my own frustrations and challenges in navigating the overwhelming world of internships, volunteering, and resume-building opportunities as a high school student.

It often felt like the right opportunities were just out of reach, and I realized that many of my peers felt the same way. So, I wanted to create something that would not only simplify the process but also empower students to take charge of their futures.

This isn’t just about matching students with opportunities—it’s about giving them a voice, recognizing their potential, and removing the barriers that make it hard to shine. Every student, no matter where they come from or what resources they have, deserves the chance to be seen and to grow.

With HS InternConnect, I hope to make that journey easier, more accessible, and full of possibilities.
